What can I expect from my initial appointment?

The conversation will last about an hour. We will talk about your life and background, along with your journey and struggle up to this point. We will also focus on your goals for the future and the type of support you are seeking.

What about confidentiality?

Mid-Valley Fellowship is designed to be a safe and private place to work through challenges. All communication, visits, and records are confidential. No one will be informed of your participation without your specific request for a release of information in writing.

However, there are legal limitations to confidentiality. These limitations include, but are not limited to: suspected abuse of a child, developmentally disabled person, or a dependent adult; potential suicidal behavior; threatened harm to another; or when required by a court order.

​If confidentiality (or the limitations) is a concern for you, please be sure to mention this during your initial appointment. We will be happy to discuss your concerns further.

Where are you located?

Our office is located in Albany, Oregon. When you set up your initial appointment, we will provide you with specific location information and directions.
