Erēmos InternshipThe Erēmos Internship is a nine-month program focused on personal growth and leadership development for those seeking deeper understanding of God’s design for their lives.
The purpose of the Erēmos Internship is dual-focused, striking a balance between personal growth and ministry skill development. This philosophy is rooted in the belief that personal growth and health is a necessary precursor to serving in ministry, whether full-time or volunteer. In addition to a focus on personal growth, interns will be given the opportunity to develop ministry skills, along with practical environments to practice those skills.

the Greek word for "lonely place," "out-of-the-way place," "the wilderness," or "the desert" wilderness an uninhabited, uncultivated, unpopulated place in that place, God richly grants His presence and provision for those seeking Him; the limitless Lord shows Himself strong in the limiting/difficult scenes of life desert a solitary, lonely, desolate area a barren, solitary place that also provides needed quiet and freedom from disturbance I have grown so much in my walk with God and others these past six months. I’ve become confident, because of what Christ has done for me, to speak into others’ lives. The internship has been so good and so hard and I would say yes to it again in a heartbeat!

The staff at Mid-Valley Fellowship have poured so much dedication and love into the interns. I’m constantly seeing God using the Erēmos experience to help me engage with very specific personal things in my life that need attention for me to grow.
